Focused on the future, Bruna decided to relocate its head office from Houten to Amsterdam.
Heyligers d+p was asked first to find a suitable location for Bruna in Amsterdam.
It concerns 1 floor with an area of 1,200 sqm. The floor has two closed cores and windows around.
Heyligers d+p has been able to realize various work forms, consultation rooms, pantry, mailroom and archive space. In consultation with the client, the choice was made partly for an open workplace and partly for separate work rooms.
Diversity in the workplaces in the open office floor has been introduced by, among other things, the application of phone boxes, concentration places, occupational health and safety workplaces sit / stand and workbenches and so-called ‘landing’ spaces. Heyligers d+p has also tried to offer as much diversity as possible within the limited space for the consultation and meeting rooms. For example, there are meeting rooms in a formal setting, a ‘living room’ for informal consultation and various separate meeting tables on the work floors, both in sitting and standing height.
