In late 2012, Emmes Group purchased the former Fortis premises on the Rokin in Amsterdam. It will be redeveloped in the coming years.
Heyligers d+p will transforming the office building to 13 apartments with luxury ‘lofty’ look & feel. The total area of this project is approximately 1750m2. Completion is scheduled for mid-2014.
